Jigiya Tech, LLC, doing business through the LiveNFrame platform (“Jigiya Tech,” “LiveNFrame,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of the individuals and organizations that use our services.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how we collect, receive, use, process, disclose, store, retain, protect, and otherwise handle information when you access or use the LiveNFrame mobile application, websites, software, artificial-intelligence-enabled rehearsal tools, self-tape tools, casting features, communications systems, subscription services, and related services that reference this Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

Questions concerning this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices may be directed to:

support@LiveNFrame.com

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the LiveNFrame Terms of Service and any additional privacy notice, consent disclosure, institutional agreement, or service-specific notice presented when you use a particular feature.

1. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Service is not presently marketed or intentionally offered by Jigiya Tech to persons located in the European Union or United Kingdom.

If LiveNFrame expands into additional jurisdictions, we may adopt supplemental regional privacy notices or modify this Policy to address additional legal requirements.

The fact that LiveNFrame voluntarily adopts certain privacy or AI-transparency practices does not constitute a representation that a particular foreign privacy law applies to Jigiya Tech where that law otherwise would not apply.

7. CASTING PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

Casting Professionals and organizational Users may provide information such as:

title;

professional role;

business address;

business email;

telephone number;

company website;

casting-office information;

information concerning authorized Associates or team members.

We may use such information to determine eligibility for professional functionality, prevent impersonation or fraud, and administer professional accounts.

8. INFORMATION USED TO VERIFY PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

LiveNFrame may verify Casting Professionals or other professional Users before granting certain access.

Verification information may include:

professional contact information;

employer or organizational affiliation;

casting-office information;

publicly available professional information;

information supplied by the applicant;

professional references or credentials where appropriate;

communications with LiveNFrame personnel; and

verification status or internal verification records.

We may retain appropriate verification records to protect platform integrity and prevent fraudulent re-registration.

9. SCRIPTS, SIDES, AND OTHER UPLOADED MATERIAL

Users may upload scripts, screenplay excerpts, theatrical scenes, audition sides, character descriptions, casting instructions, or other documents.

These materials may contain:

written dialogue;

character names;

production information;

casting criteria;

copyright or ownership information;

confidential production information;

annotations; and

metadata associated with the uploaded file.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to upload material to LiveNFrame.

The presence of personal information within an uploaded script does not necessarily mean that LiveNFrame intentionally sought to collect that information.

10. AUDIO INFORMATION

When you use rehearsal, self-tape, recording, transcription, or other audio-enabled functionality, LiveNFrame may process audio captured through your device microphone.

Audio may contain:

your voice;

dialogue;

rehearsal material;

audition performances;

background sounds;

another participant’s voice where you have lawfully included that person; and

audio metadata.

Audio may be processed for purposes including:

recording;

playback;

transcription;

performance analysis;

AI-assisted feedback;

audition submission;

troubleshooting; and

provision of requested features.

11. VIDEO AND IMAGE INFORMATION

When you use self-tape or video-recording functionality, LiveNFrame may process information captured through your device camera.

This may include:

video footage;

your face;

physical appearance;

image;

likeness;

gestures;

movement;

performance;

environment visible in the recording;

other persons intentionally included by the User; and

related recording metadata.

LiveNFrame processes these materials to provide recording, storage, playback, submission, and related functions requested by the User.

12. VOICE, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS

Because LiveNFrame is an audiovisual performance platform, some User Content necessarily contains identifiable characteristics such as a person’s voice, facial image, and likeness.

LiveNFrame does not collect such information for the purpose of creating an independent biometric-identification database unless we expressly disclose and obtain any legally required consent before introducing such a feature.

The fact that a recording contains a User’s face or voice does not, by itself, mean that LiveNFrame uses that information to identify the User through biometric matching.

If we introduce facial recognition, voiceprint authentication, biometric identification, or another materially different biometric function in the future, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.

13. TRANSCRIPTS

LiveNFrame may generate written transcripts from User audio.

Transcripts may include:

spoken dialogue;

detected words;

speaker-related information;

timestamps;

scene text;

performance content; and

transcription metadata.

Transcripts may be used for:

display to the Actor;

performance review;

AI-assisted evaluation;

generating performance reports;

scoring;

troubleshooting;

providing requested rehearsal functions; and

other purposes described in this Policy.

Automated transcription may contain errors.

14. AI-GENERATED INFORMATION

LiveNFrame may generate or store information resulting from use of artificial-intelligence-enabled functionality.

This may include:

performance scores;

ratings;

written performance feedback;

delivery observations;

articulation observations;

pacing observations;

voice-inflection observations;

emotional-expression feedback;

dramatization feedback;

rehearsal recommendations;

scene-partner responses;

script analyses;

summaries;

improvement reports; and

related system output.

AI-generated information should not necessarily be interpreted as objective factual information concerning a person’s ability, personality, employability, or future professional success.

15. SELF-TAPE AND SUBMISSION INFORMATION

When an Actor submits audition materials through LiveNFrame, we may process information including:

the Actor’s submitted video;

associated audio;

transcript;

audition notes;

profile information included with the submission;

casting project;

character or role;

submission date and time;

submission status;

performance information;

AI feedback if included or authorized;

technical metadata; and

communications associated with the Submission.

Submitted material becomes available to the applicable Casting Professional and authorized Associates as necessary to provide the casting functionality requested by the Actor.

16. CASTING CALL INFORMATION

Casting Professionals may create Casting Calls containing information such as:

production name;

project description;

role descriptions;

character descriptions;

audition requirements;

performance criteria;

submission deadlines;

production dates;

filming or performance locations;

compensation information;

union information;

contact information;

scripts or sides; and

other project information.

Some Casting Call information may be visible to eligible Actors or other authorized Users.

17. CASTING TEAM NOTES AND EVALUATIONS

Casting Professionals and their authorized Associates may create private information regarding Actors or Submissions, including:

Team Notes;

evaluations;

comments;

ratings;

rankings;

shortlists;

casting-status information;

internal observations; and

casting decisions.

Unless otherwise provided by a particular feature or required by applicable law, Team Notes are intended for authorized casting-team use and are not ordinarily displayed to Actors.

The fact that Team Notes concern an Actor does not automatically mean that the Actor has a contractual right under the Terms of Service to view those notes. Applicable privacy law may provide separate rights in certain circumstances.

18. COMMUNICATIONS WITH LIVENFRAME

If you contact us, we may collect:

your name;

email address;

account information;

support request;

correspondence;

attachments;

screenshots;

diagnostic information voluntarily provided;

complaint information;

feedback;

billing questions; and

other information contained in the communication.

We may retain communications when reasonably necessary to provide support, establish a record of the matter, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or comply with law.

19. TRANSACTION AND SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

If you purchase a paid service, we may collect or receive information regarding the transaction, including:

subscription plan;

transaction date;

renewal date;

price;

currency;

subscription status;

payment-provider transaction identifier;

billing status;

refund status;

cancellation information; and

limited payment-related information provided by the payment processor.

Payment card numbers may be processed directly by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider.

Jigiya Tech does not presently store complete payment card numbers within the LiveNFrame application infrastructure.

New actor accounts receive a 72-hour trial period beginning at account creation. During this period, recording, rehearsal, and scoring features are available without a subscription. Casting call access, submissions, progress tracking, notifications, and full profile features require an active paid subscription. After the trial period expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using recording, rehearsal, and scoring features.

20. INFORMATION FROM APP STORES

If you obtain or purchase LiveNFrame through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another application-distribution platform, we may receive transaction or subscription information from that platform.

The applicable app store independently processes information according to its own privacy practices.

LiveNFrame does not control all information retained by an app store concerning your transaction.

21. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

When you access LiveNFrame, we may automatically receive technical information including:

IP address;

device type;

device model;

operating system;

operating-system version;

browser type;

browser version;

application version;

language settings;

approximate geographic information derived from IP address;

network information;

crash information;

diagnostic data;

timestamps;

authentication information;

session information; and

technical identifiers necessary for operation or security.

We do not represent that we collect every item listed above during every session.

22. USAGE INFORMATION

We may collect information regarding how Users interact with LiveNFrame, including:

features accessed;

pages or screens viewed;

actions taken;

rehearsal sessions initiated;

recordings created;

casting features used;

submissions made;

general session duration;

errors encountered;

account settings used; and

related operational information.

Usage information may be used to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve LiveNFrame.

23. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The LiveNFrame web service presently uses a session cookie identified as lnf_session for authentication and session management.

The native mobile application presently uses token-based authentication rather than conventional browser cookies.

LiveNFrame does not presently use advertising cookies, cross-site advertising trackers, or third-party behavioral-advertising analytics SDKs in the current version of the application.

We do not presently participate in cross-app behavioral advertising tracking through the LiveNFrame Service.

If these practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required consent mechanism or notice.

24. INFORMATION FROM OTHER USERS

We may receive information about you from another LiveNFrame User.

For example:

a Casting Professional may write a Team Note concerning an Actor;

an Associate may evaluate a Submission;

an Actor may report inappropriate conduct by a Casting Professional;

a Casting Professional may report suspected fraud;

an institutional administrator may establish an authorized account;

a parent may contact us concerning a minor; or

another User may include you in authorized User Content.

We process such information as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service, subject to applicable law.

25. INFORMATION FROM ORGANIZATIONS

If your account is created, sponsored, administered, or paid for by a school, conservatory, agency, casting office, theater, business, university, studio, or other organization, we may receive account information from that organization.

Depending on the arrangement, the organization may have administrative visibility into certain account information or usage data.

Where an organizational account provides materially different privacy controls, we may provide an additional notice explaining that relationship.

An organization may separately act as an independent controller or business with respect to information it obtains from or about its own students, employees, contractors, Actors, or members.

26. INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC SOURCES

Where reasonably necessary for professional account verification, fraud prevention, safety, or platform integrity, we may review publicly available professional information.

Such sources may include:

professional websites;

business websites;

production websites;

professional directories;

publicly accessible company information; and

other legitimate public sources.

We do not intend to create comprehensive dossiers about Users from unrelated public information.

27. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information for purposes described below.

Not every purpose applies to every category of information or every User.

28. PROVIDING THE SERVICE

We use information to:

create and administer accounts;

authenticate Users;

maintain profiles;

provide rehearsal functionality;

operate AI scene partners;

enable recording;

store videos;

create transcripts;

generate AI performance feedback;

create performance scores;

create reports;

administer Casting Calls;

process audition Submissions;

allow Casting Professionals to review authorized submissions;

allow Associates to access assigned projects;

maintain Team Notes;

operate account settings;

provide subscription features; and

otherwise provide functionality requested by the User.

29. PERSONALIZING THE USER EXPERIENCE

We may use information to configure the Service based upon:

account role;

subscription tier;

settings;

previous feature usage;

saved materials;

casting permissions; and

User-selected preferences.

We do not presently use personal information to provide third-party behavioral advertising.

30. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING

We process information through AI systems to provide features such as:

interactive scene reading;

synthetic scene-partner voices;

script analysis;

transcript analysis;

performance evaluation;

scoring;

rehearsal recommendations; and

performance reports.

The information transmitted to an AI provider depends upon the relevant feature.

31. AI SCENE PARTNER

During interactive rehearsal, LiveNFrame may use artificial intelligence to generate or adapt opposite-character dialogue and may use synthesized voice technology to speak that dialogue.

The AI scene partner is not a human.

Text necessary to produce AI responses or synthesized speech may be transmitted to authorized technology providers as described below.

32. ANTHROPIC / CLAUDE PROCESSING

LiveNFrame presently uses Anthropic’s Claude API for certain AI-enabled functions, which may include:

script analysis;

performance analysis;

performance scoring;

scene-partner dialogue; and

related AI output.

Under the presently designed architecture described by LiveNFrame:

Anthropic receives relevant textual information, including transcribed dialogue or script text, rather than raw User audio or video for these functions.

The information transmitted may depend upon the feature being used.

33. ELEVENLABS VOICE SYNTHESIS

LiveNFrame presently uses ElevenLabs to provide synthetic voice functionality for the AI scene partner.

Under the presently designed architecture:

ElevenLabs receives text intended to be rendered as synthetic speech and does not receive the Actor’s raw audition recording merely to generate the scene partner’s voice.

34. DEEPGRAM SPEECH-TO-TEXT PROCESSING

LiveNFrame presently uses Deepgram for speech-to-text transcription.

Audio requiring transcription may be transmitted to Deepgram for that purpose.

LiveNFrame’s current configuration is intended to opt out of Deepgram’s Model Improvement Program (“MIP”), so User audio processed under that configuration is not intended to be used for Deepgram model-improvement training through that program.

If the applicable provider, configuration, or processing arrangement materially changes, we may update this disclosure.

35. AI MODEL TRAINING BY LIVENFRAME

LiveNFrame may use aggregated, statistical, de-identified, or otherwise non-identifying information to evaluate and improve the Service.

LiveNFrame does not presently state that private identifiable audition recordings are automatically contributed to a generalized Jigiya Tech AI-training dataset merely because an Actor uses the Service.

If Jigiya Tech proposes in the future to use identifiable private recordings, voices, images, confidential scripts, or Submissions to train a generalized model in a materially different manner from providing the requested Service, we will address that practice through appropriate notice, consent where required, and an updated privacy disclosure before implementing it.

36. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

AI-generated scores and performance feedback are intended as advisory or developmental tools.

LiveNFrame does not presently design AI scoring to make final casting decisions on behalf of Casting Professionals.

Casting Professionals make their own casting decisions.

Actors may be permitted to submit auditions without requesting optional AI performance scoring where that functionality is offered.

If LiveNFrame introduces materially different automated decision-making functionality in the future, we may provide additional disclosures or controls as required by applicable law.

37. PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use payment information to:

process subscription purchases;

renew subscriptions;

identify successful or failed transactions;

administer billing;

process eligible refunds;

prevent fraud;

maintain accounting records; and

comply with tax and financial obligations.

Complete card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment processor rather than stored by Jigiya Tech.

38. COMMUNICATING WITH USERS

We may use contact information to send:

account verification messages;

login or authentication messages;

password-reset communications;

casting notifications;

submission-status notices;

subscription notices;

billing notices;

security alerts;

support responses;

legal notices;

material-policy-change notices; and

other transactional communications.

Where permitted, we may also send promotional or informational communications.

Users may unsubscribe from qualifying marketing communications, but certain operational, account, security, billing, or legal communications may remain necessary while an account is active.

39. SAFETY, SECURITY, AND FRAUD PREVENTION

We may process information to:

secure accounts;

detect suspicious login activity;

verify professional Users;

detect fake Casting Calls;

investigate fraud;

prevent impersonation;

investigate harassment or exploitation;

prevent unauthorized system access;

identify abuse;

enforce platform rules;

protect minors;

protect Jigiya Tech;

protect other Users; and

protect the integrity of LiveNFrame.

40. ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS AND POLICIES

We may review and process information where reasonably necessary to:

investigate reported violations;

enforce the Terms of Service;

determine whether an account should be restricted;

address copyright complaints;

respond to fraud;

investigate misuse of confidential casting materials;

resolve payment disputes; and

preserve evidence of serious platform abuse.

41. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We use information to respond to support inquiries, diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot accounts, respond to complaints, and communicate with Users.

Authorized LiveNFrame personnel may access relevant account information when reasonably necessary to perform these functions.

42. IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING LIVENFRAME

We may use appropriate information to:

understand feature performance;

identify errors;

troubleshoot software;

measure system reliability;

improve usability;

develop new features;

test features;

evaluate performance;

improve security;

conduct internal research; and

understand aggregate use of LiveNFrame.

Where practical, we may use aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes.

43. DE-IDENTIFIED AND AGGREGATED INFORMATION

We may create information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it is not reasonably linked to an identified individual.

We may use such information for:

analytics;

product development;

business planning;

research;

performance measurement;

security;

reporting; and

other lawful purposes.

Where applicable law requires, we will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified except for permitted purposes such as testing whether de-identification measures remain effective.

44. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

We may use, preserve, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law;

comply with valid legal process;

respond to subpoenas;

respond to court orders;

respond to warrants;

comply with regulatory requirements;

respond to governmental requests;

protect legal rights;

investigate potential violations;

establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or

comply with tax, accounting, corporate, or record-retention obligations.

45. EMERGENCY AND SAFETY DISCLOSURES

Where permitted or required by law, we may preserve or disclose information if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to address:

an immediate risk of death;

serious bodily injury;

child exploitation;

credible threats;

serious fraud;

cybersecurity incidents; or

other significant threats to a person, LiveNFrame, or the public.

Nothing in this section creates an obligation for LiveNFrame to monitor private User Content continuously.

46. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We disclose information only as described in this Policy, at your direction, with appropriate authorization, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

47. DISCLOSURES TO CASTING PROFESSIONALS

When an Actor intentionally submits material to a Casting Call, LiveNFrame makes the Submission available to the applicable Casting Professional and authorized Associates.

Depending on the Submission, this may include:

Actor profile information;

self-tape video;

audio;

transcript;

Actor notes;

uploaded documents;

professional information;

submission metadata; and

other information intentionally included in the Submission.

Casting Professionals do not receive general access to an Actor’s unrelated private rehearsal sessions merely because the Actor submitted to one of their Casting Calls.

48. DISCLOSURES TO ASSOCIATES

An Associate may access information associated with casting projects to which the Associate has been assigned.

The Associate’s permissions are intended to be limited to authorized projects.

LiveNFrame may use role-based permissions to restrict access.

49. NO GENERAL CASTING ACCESS TO PRIVATE PRACTICE

An Actor’s private rehearsal recording is not intended to become visible to a Casting Professional merely because both individuals use LiveNFrame.

Casting Professionals are intended to receive only:

Submissions intentionally made to their Casting Calls; and

information otherwise intentionally made available to them through authorized Service functionality.

50. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform functions on our behalf or enable us to provide the Service.

These may include providers of:

artificial intelligence;

cloud infrastructure;

authentication;

storage;

databases;

speech recognition;

synthetic voice;

payment processing;

hosting;

transactional email;

technical support;

security;

communications; and

related technology services.

Service providers may process information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the function for which they are engaged and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.

51. CURRENT CORE TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

LiveNFrame presently identifies the following core service providers:

Anthropic

Used for Claude API functionality, including certain script analysis, AI dialogue, and performance-analysis functions.

Relevant text may be transmitted depending upon the feature.

ElevenLabs

Used to synthesize AI scene-partner speech.

Text to be spoken may be transmitted to ElevenLabs.

Deepgram

Used for speech-to-text transcription.

Relevant User audio may be transmitted for transcription.

Google Cloud / Firebase

Used for functions that may include:

related cloud infrastructure.

Stripe

Used for web payment processing and related transaction administration.

Vercel

Used for application hosting and serverless infrastructure.

Resend

Used for transactional email delivery.

Migadu

Used for email hosting or support-related communications.

The identity of service providers may change as LiveNFrame evolves.

A change in vendor does not necessarily require an amendment to this Policy unless the change materially affects our privacy practices or applicable law requires notice.

52. APPLE AND GOOGLE

If you purchase or obtain LiveNFrame through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may independently collect and process information regarding your download, account, device, subscription, purchase, or other interaction with their respective platforms.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Jigiya Tech does not control their independent processing.

53. ORGANIZATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Where a school, agency, casting company, conservatory, studio, theater, university, or enterprise customer provides LiveNFrame access to its personnel or members, certain information may be disclosed to authorized organizational administrators consistent with:

the functionality of the organizational account;

the organization’s instructions;

applicable contractual terms; and

applicable law.

Where appropriate, a separate institutional agreement may govern those arrangements.

54. LEGAL REQUESTS

We may disclose information in response to legal process where we reasonably determine that disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Examples may include:

subpoenas;

warrants;

court orders;

regulatory orders;

governmental requests;

litigation requests; and

other legally valid process.

Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may scrutinize legal requests to determine whether they appear valid, sufficiently specific, and properly directed to Jigiya Tech.

We may object to, narrow, or challenge a request where appropriate, but we are not obligated to challenge every request.

55. BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

If Jigiya Tech is involved in or considering:

a merger;

acquisition;

financing;

investment;

corporate restructuring;

reorganization;

bankruptcy;

receivership;

sale of assets;

sale of the LiveNFrame business; or

another corporate transaction,

information may be disclosed to appropriate advisers, counterparties, investors, lenders, acquirers, successors, or other participants, subject to reasonable confidentiality measures and applicable law.

Personal information may become part of the transferred business assets where legally permitted.

56. WITH YOUR DIRECTION OR CONSENT

We may disclose information where you direct us or provide legally valid consent.

For example, an Actor directs us to disclose a self-tape to a Casting Professional by intentionally submitting it to a Casting Call.

57. INFORMATION YOU MAKE AVAILABLE

Certain information you choose to place in a professional profile or submit through a casting workflow may be visible to other Users within the intended scope of that feature.

You should not assume that all information uploaded to LiveNFrame is private merely because the Service requires an account.

The visibility of information depends upon the feature being used.

58. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION

LiveNFrame does not presently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not presently operate an advertising marketplace in which User personal information is sold to advertisers.

59. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

LiveNFrame does not presently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that concept may be defined by applicable U.S. privacy law.

We do not presently use third-party advertising trackers in the application for cross-app behavioral advertising.

If this practice changes, we will provide additional disclosures and legally required controls before implementing such activity.

60. NO ADVERTISING PROFILING IN THE CURRENT SERVICE

The current version of LiveNFrame is not designed to build advertising profiles concerning Actors based on their auditions, rehearsals, performances, or casting activity.

This does not prevent us from using ordinary account or usage information to market LiveNFrame’s own services where legally permitted.

61. ROLE-BASED ACCESS CONTROLS

LiveNFrame uses account roles and permissions intended to limit access to information.

Under the currently designed structure:

Actors

Actors may access their own authorized:

recordings;

rehearsals;

scores;

transcripts;

reports;

Submissions;

account information; and

other Actor-specific information.

Actors are not intended to browse another Actor’s private data.

Casting Professionals

Casting Professionals may access Submissions made to their Casting Calls and information associated with their authorized casting projects.

They are not intended to browse an Actor’s unrelated private rehearsals.

Associates

Associates may access casting projects assigned to them by an authorized Casting Professional.

Administrators

Authorized Jigiya Tech personnel may have administrative access where reasonably necessary for:

platform operation;

maintenance;

support;

security;

legal compliance;

fraud investigation; and

enforcement.

Administrative privileges are intended to be limited to personnel with a legitimate operational need.

62. TEAM NOTES

Team Notes created by Casting Professionals and Associates are designed as internal casting-team information.

Actors do not ordinarily see Team Notes through the standard Actor interface.

Team Notes may be accessed by:

the applicable Casting Professional;

authorized Associates;

authorized Jigiya Tech personnel where necessary for legitimate operational, legal, security, or support purposes; and

others where disclosure is required by law.

Privacy laws applicable to particular Users may create rights not otherwise provided through the ordinary platform interface.

63. DATA STORAGE

The current LiveNFrame architecture uses Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure.

LiveNFrame presently states that application information is stored on servers located in the United States.

Current storage may include:

Firebase Authentication;

Cloud Firestore;

Firebase Storage;

related Google Cloud infrastructure; and

other authorized technical services necessary to operate LiveNFrame.

64. DATA TRANSFERS

Because LiveNFrame currently serves Users in the United States and Canada and uses U.S.-based infrastructure, personal information relating to Canadian Users may be transmitted to, stored in, or processed in the United States.

As a result, information may be subject to U.S. law and potentially accessible to U.S. governmental or legal authorities under lawful process.

By using the Service, Users acknowledge that cross-border processing may occur as described in this Policy.

65. INFORMATION SECURITY

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against risks such as:

unauthorized access;

unauthorized disclosure;

alteration;

destruction;

loss; and

misuse.

Current measures include or may include:

HTTPS-encrypted transmission;

encryption at rest provided through applicable cloud infrastructure;

authentication controls;

account credentials;

role-based permissions;

restricted administrative access;

cloud-security controls;

logging;

access management; and

other reasonable security practices.

66. NO SECURITY SYSTEM IS PERFECT

No Internet-based service, cloud platform, network, storage system, transmission method, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, while we employ measures designed to safeguard personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or cyberattack will never occur.

Users also play an important role in security and should:

use strong passwords;

protect authentication credentials;

secure their devices;

avoid sharing account credentials;

promptly install security updates; and

notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

67. SECURITY INCIDENTS

If we identify a security incident involving personal information, we may:

investigate;

contain the incident;

preserve relevant information;

engage security professionals;

notify service providers;

remediate vulnerabilities;

notify regulators;

notify affected Users; and

take other actions appropriate under the circumstances.

We will provide legally required notices in accordance with applicable breach-notification laws.

68. DATA RETENTION — GENERAL PRINCIPLE

We retain personal information for different periods depending upon:

why the information was collected;

whether an account remains active;

the feature involved;

whether an active Casting Call exists;

whether information has been submitted to another User;

contractual obligations;

security needs;

fraud-prevention requirements;

legal obligations;

accounting requirements;

tax requirements;

dispute-resolution needs;

backup cycles; and

applicable law.

We do not necessarily retain all categories of information for the same length of time.

69. ACTIVE ACCOUNTS

While an account remains active, we generally retain information reasonably necessary to provide and administer that account.

This may include account information, User Content, professional information, Submissions, settings, and records associated with the User’s use of the Service.

Users may delete certain information independently where deletion functionality is made available.

70. PRIVATE REHEARSAL RECORDINGS

Private rehearsal recordings may generally be retained while:

the User chooses to retain them;

the account remains active;

the content remains necessary to provide a requested function; or

another legitimate retention basis described in this Policy applies.

Where deletion functionality is available, deletion may begin a technical deletion process rather than instant erasure from every backup or system copy.

71. CASTING SUBMISSIONS

A Submission that an Actor intentionally sends to a Casting Call presents different retention considerations than an unsubmitted private rehearsal.

A Submission may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to:

permit the Casting Professional to review it;

complete the applicable casting process;

maintain casting records;

investigate a dispute;

prevent fraud or abuse;

satisfy contractual obligations;

comply with legal requirements; or

complete normal backup-deletion cycles.

Closing an Actor account does not necessarily cause an already-submitted audition to disappear instantaneously from an active casting workflow.

72. CONTENT DOWNLOADED BY OTHER USERS

Where LiveNFrame lawfully permits a Casting Professional or another authorized recipient to download, export, save, or otherwise independently obtain a copy of User Content, account deletion by the original User may not delete the copy independently controlled by that recipient.

Such a recipient may have independent privacy, confidentiality, contractual, legal, or record-retention obligations.

LiveNFrame cannot guarantee recall of information legitimately obtained by another User before an account-deletion request.

73. BACKUPS

Information removed from active systems may remain temporarily in encrypted or protected backup systems until those backups rotate, expire, or are overwritten through ordinary system processes.

Backup copies generally are not restored to ordinary active use except for appropriate disaster-recovery, security, or technical purposes.

74. PAYMENT RECORDS

Deletion of a LiveNFrame account does not necessarily require payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google to delete transaction information maintained independently under their own legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or tax obligations.

Jigiya Tech may also retain limited transaction information where reasonably necessary to:

comply with law;

maintain accounting records;

resolve billing disputes;

detect fraud; or

establish that a transaction occurred.

75. SECURITY AND FRAUD RECORDS

Even after account deletion, we may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to prevent:

fraud;

repeated abuse;

impersonation;

unauthorized account recreation;

security attacks;

copyright abuse; or

serious violations of the Terms.

Such retention will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable law.

76. LEGAL HOLDS

We may preserve information that would otherwise be deleted if we reasonably determine that retention is necessary in connection with:

litigation;

threatened litigation;

governmental investigation;

subpoena;

court order;

preservation demand;

intellectual-property dispute;

fraud investigation;

safety investigation; or

another legal obligation.

Information subject to a legal hold may be retained until the relevant obligation expires.

77. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request account deletion through available account functionality or by contacting:

support@LiveNFrame.com

When a qualifying deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the account unless retention is:

necessary to complete a transaction or requested service;

necessary for an active authorized casting process;

permitted or required by law;

necessary for security;

necessary for fraud prevention;

required for accounting or tax obligations;

necessary to resolve disputes;

necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;

temporarily present in backups; or

otherwise permitted under applicable privacy law.

Deletion is not necessarily instantaneous.

78. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION IS SEPARATE FROM ACCOUNT DELETION

Deleting a LiveNFrame account may not automatically cancel a subscription administered through Apple, Google, or another third party.

Users should cancel recurring third-party subscriptions through the applicable provider.

We may provide reminders or instructions, but responsibility for completing third-party cancellation remains with the subscriber.

79. DATA EXPORT

Where applicable and technically feasible, Users may request a copy or export of certain personal information by contacting:

support@LiveNFrame.com

The scope and format of available information may depend upon:

applicable law;

the type of information;

security considerations;

rights of other persons;

intellectual-property restrictions; and

technical feasibility.

80. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

LiveNFrame is intended for individuals 13 years of age and older.

We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create ordinary LiveNFrame accounts.

If we learn that personal information has been collected directly from a child under 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete or otherwise lawfully address the information.

A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to LiveNFrame may contact:

support@LiveNFrame.com

81. TEEN USERS

LiveNFrame may be used by teenagers aged 13 through 17 or otherwise below the age of majority where use is permitted under the Terms of Service and applicable law.

Teen Users should use LiveNFrame with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Certain features involving professional interactions may present additional safety considerations.

Parents and guardians should discuss with minor performers:

communications with casting professionals;

personal information;

off-platform contact;

audition locations;

financial requests;

travel;

inappropriate content;

requests for revealing photographs;

intimate scenes;

personal meetings; and

suspected scams.

82. PARENT OR GUARDIAN INFORMATION

Where necessary to administer a minor User’s account or address a safety or legal issue, we may collect information concerning a parent or guardian.

This may include:

name;

email address;

telephone number;

relationship to the minor;

communications with LiveNFrame; and

information reasonably necessary to establish authority.

83. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending upon how a User chooses to use the Service, certain information may qualify as “sensitive personal information,” “sensitive data,” or a similar category under applicable privacy law.

Potential examples may include:

account credentials;

precise information voluntarily placed in content;

certain identifying information;

communications;

information relating to minors;

potentially sensitive characteristics inadvertently revealed by audiovisual performances; and

other information recognized as sensitive by applicable law.

LiveNFrame does not encourage Users to include unnecessary sensitive personal information in scripts, profiles, notes, or Submissions.

84. WE DO NOT INTEND TO INFER SENSITIVE CHARACTERISTICS FOR ADVERTISING

LiveNFrame does not presently use audition recordings or rehearsal performances to infer a User’s:

race;

religion;

sexual orientation;

health diagnosis;

political views; or

other sensitive characteristics

for the purpose of targeted advertising.

Nothing in this section prevents a Casting Call from lawfully describing bona fide character or role attributes supplied by the applicable Casting Professional.

85. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Jigiya Tech, you may possess rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include, where applicable:

obtaining information about our collection and use practices;

requesting access to personal information;

obtaining a copy of certain personal information;

requesting correction;

requesting deletion;

requesting portability;

opting out of certain sales of personal information;

opting out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;

opting out of certain targeted advertising;

limiting certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

opting out of qualifying profiling or automated decision-making;

appealing certain privacy-request decisions; and

exercising privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.

These rights are not absolute.

Applicable law may permit or require exceptions.

86. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to Jigiya Tech with respect to your information, you may have rights including, subject to applicable exceptions:

Right to Know

You may request information concerning categories or specific pieces of personal information collected about you, as provided by applicable law.

Right to Delete

You may request deletion of qualifying personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Right to Correct

You may request correction of inaccurate qualifying personal information.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

Where a business sells personal information or shares it for cross-context behavioral advertising, qualifying California consumers may possess opt-out rights.

LiveNFrame does not presently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this Policy.

Right to Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information

Where legally applicable to particular uses, California law may provide a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination

Where applicable, we will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised a privacy right.

87. NOTICE REGARDING SALE OR SHARING

Based upon the current LiveNFrame business model described in this Policy:

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION.

WE DO NOT PRESENTLY SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING.

Accordingly, LiveNFrame does not presently operate a conventional “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism because we do not engage in the underlying activity to which such opt-out would apply.

If our practices change so that an opt-out mechanism becomes legally required, we will implement the appropriate mechanism before or in connection with the new practice.

88. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Because LiveNFrame does not presently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control signals do not presently result in an advertising-sale opt-out that differs from our default practice.

If LiveNFrame engages in activity in the future for which applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will implement legally required controls.

89. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of other U.S. states may have similar or additional rights under applicable comprehensive state privacy laws.

Where such a law applies to Jigiya Tech, we will honor qualifying requests in accordance with the applicable statute.

Depending upon the jurisdiction, rights may include:

access;

confirmation of processing;

correction;

deletion;

portability;

opt-out rights;

appeal rights; and

rights concerning certain sensitive information or profiling.

90. CANADIAN USERS

Canadian Users may possess access, correction, complaint, or other privacy rights under applicable Canadian law.

Where applicable, Users may contact us regarding:

access to personal information;

correction of information;

questions concerning cross-border processing;

withdrawal of consent where legally available; and

privacy complaints.

Withdrawal of consent does not necessarily require deletion where Jigiya Tech has another lawful basis or legal obligation to retain information.

91. HOW TO EXERCISE PRIVACY RIGHTS

You may submit a privacy request by contacting:

Email:support@LiveNFrame.com

Mail:Jigiya Tech, LLCAttn: Privacy Request8735 Dunwoody Place, #12443Atlanta, Georgia 30350

Please identify the nature of your request sufficiently for us to understand and process it.

92. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Before fulfilling certain privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity.

Verification measures may depend upon:

the sensitivity of the requested information;

the type of request;

whether you maintain an account;

risk of fraud;

applicable legal requirements; and

information reasonably available to us.

We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the requester is the person to whom the information relates.

We will not ordinarily disclose sensitive account information merely because someone possesses an email address associated with an account.

93. AUTHORIZED AGENTS

Where applicable law permits use of an authorized agent, we may require:

evidence that the agent has authority to act;

reasonable verification of the User’s identity; and

direct confirmation from the User where permitted.

This helps prevent fraudulent or malicious privacy requests.

94. RESPONSE TO REQUESTS

We intend to respond to qualifying privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.

Where legally permitted, we may extend the response period where reasonably necessary and provide notice of the extension.

We may deny or limit a request where:

we cannot reasonably verify identity;

an exception applies;

fulfilling the request would adversely affect another person’s rights;

disclosure would compromise security;

information is legally privileged;

retention is legally required; or

another lawful basis for denial exists.

Where required, we will explain an applicable denial and any available appeal mechanism.

95. PRIVACY REQUEST APPEALS

If applicable state law grants a right to appeal our denial of a privacy request, you may submit an appeal by emailing:

support@LiveNFrame.com

Please include “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and identify the request being appealed.

We will process qualifying appeals as required by applicable law.

96. NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not unlawfully discriminate against a User for exercising an applicable privacy right.

This means, subject to applicable law, we will not unlawfully:

deny a Service;

charge a discriminatory price;

provide a materially different level of service; or

retaliate

solely because an individual exercised a privacy right.

This provision does not prohibit lawful differences reasonably related to the value or functionality of information required to provide a requested feature.

97. REQUIRED INFORMATION

Some personal information is necessary for LiveNFrame to function.

For example, an account ordinarily requires sufficient information to authenticate the User.

If you decline to provide information necessary for a requested feature, that feature may not function.

Examples may include:

refusing camera access for video recording;

refusing microphone access for audio recording;

refusing to provide an email address necessary for account administration; or

refusing processing necessary to submit an audition.

Optional information may generally be omitted, although doing so may affect functionality.

98. CAMERA AND MICROPHONE PERMISSIONS

LiveNFrame accesses your camera or microphone only through permissions provided by the applicable device or operating system.

You may generally disable camera or microphone permissions through device settings.

Disabling permissions will prevent features that require those permissions from operating.

99. NOTIFICATION PERMISSIONS

If LiveNFrame provides push notifications, Users may typically manage notification permissions through their device settings.

Disabling push notifications may prevent receipt of certain convenient alerts, although important account or legal communications may still be sent by email where appropriate.

100. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

You may opt out of promotional email communications by using an available unsubscribe mechanism.

You generally cannot opt out of communications reasonably necessary to:

administer an active account;

authenticate your identity;

process transactions;

notify you of security issues;

provide legally required notices; or

respond to a request you initiated.

101. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

LiveNFrame may contain links to third-party websites, applications, Casting Professional websites, production websites, social platforms, payment providers, or other external resources.

Once you leave LiveNFrame or use an independent third-party service, that third party’s privacy practices may apply.

This Privacy Policy does not govern independent third-party privacy practices.

102. THIRD-PARTY CASTING PROFESSIONALS

Casting Professionals who receive Actor Submissions may independently process information after receiving it.

For example, a Casting Professional may:

download an authorized Submission;

retain professional casting records;

communicate with the Actor;

provide information to a producer;

maintain records required by a production; or

use information as part of an independent casting process.

To the extent such activity occurs outside Jigiya Tech’s control and not on our behalf, the Casting Professional may bear independent responsibility for its privacy practices.

103. SCHOOLS, COACHES, AND AGENCIES

If a school, coach, conservatory, agency, manager, theater, university, or other organization independently collects information about a User in connection with LiveNFrame, that organization may maintain its own privacy obligations.

LiveNFrame does not automatically become responsible for independent records maintained outside our systems by those entities.

104. EMPLOYEE AND BUSINESS CONTACT INFORMATION

This Policy principally addresses Users and consumers.

If you communicate with LiveNFrame in a professional or business capacity, we may process business contact information to manage that relationship.

Different privacy obligations or supplemental notices may apply to employees, contractors, job applicants, vendors, or other non-consumer relationships.

105. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings.

Because there is not necessarily a uniform technical standard governing all Do Not Track signals, LiveNFrame may not respond to every browser-based Do Not Track signal in a distinct manner.

As described above, LiveNFrame does not presently use third-party advertising trackers for cross-context behavioral advertising through the Service.

Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal must be honored for a particular processing activity, we intend to comply as required by applicable law.

106. AI TRANSPARENCY

LiveNFrame seeks to distinguish AI interactions from human interactions where appropriate.

Current transparency principles include:

Users are informed that the AI scene partner is not human;

AI-generated performance feedback is identified as AI-assisted or AI-generated;

AI scores are advisory;

Casting Professionals make independent casting decisions;

transcripts may be generated through automated speech recognition;

AI models may produce errors; and

optional AI scoring may be declined where the relevant feature permits.

These transparency practices are adopted voluntarily and are consistent with principles reflected in the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act). Although LiveNFrame does not currently operate in the European Union, we adopt these practices proactively in anticipation of evolving global AI transparency standards.

Before accessing AI-enabled features, users are presented with an in-app disclosure describing how AI is used in the Service. Users must acknowledge this disclosure before proceeding. This acknowledgment is recorded and timestamped.

107. CHANGES TO AI PROVIDERS

AI technology evolves rapidly.

Jigiya Tech may:

change AI providers;

replace models;

add providers;

remove providers;

modify data flows;

adjust system architecture; or

alter available AI functionality.

If a change materially alters how personal information is processed, we will update this Policy or provide additional notice as required.

108. CHANGES TO TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

Likewise, we may replace cloud, payment, communications, hosting, analytics, or security vendors.

A vendor change that does not materially change the substance of our privacy practices may not require individualized notice.

Material privacy changes will be addressed consistent with applicable law.

109. INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

LiveNFrame may expand into additional countries or territories.

Before offering the Service in jurisdictions that require materially different privacy disclosures or mechanisms, Jigiya Tech may implement:

regional notices;

international-transfer mechanisms;

data-processing agreements;

consent mechanisms;

local representatives;

age-related requirements; or

other compliance measures.

110. EU AND UK USERS

LiveNFrame does not presently target or intentionally offer the Service in the European Union or United Kingdom.

References within LiveNFrame materials to transparency concepts associated with international AI or privacy standards are voluntary unless and until applicable law makes them mandatory.

If the Service becomes intentionally available in those jurisdictions, we may provide a separate EEA/UK privacy notice addressing applicable requirements.

111. NO GUARANTEE OF ABSOLUTE ANONYMITY

Because Actors submit audiovisual performances and professional profiles, Users should not expect materials intentionally submitted to Casting Professionals to be anonymous.

A self-tape may inherently reveal:

face;

voice;

approximate age;

appearance;

mannerisms;

environment; and

other characteristics.

Users should consider the intended audience before submitting User Content.

112. CONTENT OF SCRIPTS AND PERFORMANCES

LiveNFrame cannot control every item of personal information that a User may voluntarily include in:

scripts;

notes;

recordings;

performances;

profile descriptions;

uploaded documents; or

communications.

Users should avoid including Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information in ordinary LiveNFrame User Content.

113. CONFIDENTIAL CASTING MATERIAL

Some casting materials may be confidential or subject to nondisclosure obligations.

LiveNFrame may process such content solely because an authorized User uploads or accesses it through the Service.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable confidentiality obligations.

Jigiya Tech may restrict access, investigate misuse, or preserve records where confidential casting material is improperly disclosed.

114. COPYRIGHT AND PRIVACY COMPLAINTS

A request to remove information on privacy grounds is distinct from a copyright complaint.

Copyright complaints should be submitted through the copyright process identified in the Terms of Service.

Privacy requests should be directed to:

support@LiveNFrame.com

We may evaluate requests under the process appropriate to the underlying legal issue.

115. DATA CONCERNING OTHER PEOPLE

If you upload information concerning another person, including their:

voice;

image;

likeness;

personal information;

contact information; or

performance,

you represent that you have lawful authority to provide or process that information through LiveNFrame.

You should not secretly record another person where doing so would violate applicable law.

116. MINOR PERFORMERS

If a parent, guardian, Casting Professional, organization, or other User uploads information concerning a minor performer, that person is responsible for ensuring that necessary authority and consent exist.

LiveNFrame may remove material or restrict an account if we reasonably believe information concerning a minor has been processed unlawfully or in violation of our policies.

117. PRIVACY OF CASTING DECISIONS

Casting Professionals may maintain internal evaluations regarding Actors.

Such evaluations may include subjective opinions.

LiveNFrame does not represent that an Actor is entitled to receive every internal casting opinion merely because it concerns that Actor.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable privacy law.

118. DATA ACCURACY

LiveNFrame relies in part upon Users to provide accurate information.

Users may ordinarily update certain account or profile information through account settings.

You may also contact us regarding inaccurate personal information.

AI-generated information and automated transcripts may contain inaccuracies even when underlying account information is correct.

119. RECORDING ACCURACY

LiveNFrame does not guarantee that:

a recording will capture every word;

an upload will be technically flawless;

a transcript will be exact;

AI will correctly distinguish speakers; or

automated analysis will correctly interpret artistic choices.

Users should review material before relying upon or submitting it.

120. ACCOUNT PROTECTION

Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials.

If you believe an unauthorized person has accessed your account, notify:

support@LiveNFrame.com

We may require identity verification before modifying account access.

121. PHISHING AND FRAUD

LiveNFrame may communicate with Users concerning accounts and services.

Users should exercise caution regarding communications purporting to be from LiveNFrame that request:

passwords;

complete payment-card numbers;

cryptocurrency;

unusual wire transfers;

gift cards; or

other suspicious information.

Suspected impersonation should be reported to us.

122. BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DISASTER RECOVERY

We may maintain backup, logging, and recovery processes to protect Service availability and data integrity.

These processes may cause deleted information to remain temporarily within restricted backup systems after removal from active systems.

123. PRODUCT TESTING AND BETA FEATURES

If you voluntarily use a beta, preview, test, experimental, or early-access feature, additional diagnostic or feedback information may be collected to evaluate that feature.

Where materially different information will be collected, we may provide an additional notice before use.

124. RESEARCH AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We may perform internal research concerning how LiveNFrame functions and how Users interact with features.

Where appropriate, research may rely upon:

aggregated information;

de-identified information;

system-performance information;

voluntary feedback; and

appropriately controlled User information.

We do not grant third parties unrestricted rights to use identifiable private audition recordings for unrelated research merely because those recordings are stored on LiveNFrame.

125. NO DATA BROKER BUSINESS MODEL

LiveNFrame is not presently designed to operate as a data broker whose business consists of selling personal information about Users to unrelated entities that lack a direct relationship with those Users.

If our business practices materially change, we will update this Policy and comply with applicable law.

126. NO CREDIT, HOUSING, OR INSURANCE DECISIONS

LiveNFrame is designed for acting, rehearsal, audition, and casting use.

It is not intended to provide consumer reports or determine eligibility for:

credit;

housing;

insurance; or

similar regulated consumer eligibility determinations.

Users may not repurpose LiveNFrame information unlawfully for such purposes.

127. EMPLOYMENT-RELATED CASTING

A successful audition may ultimately result in an employment or independent-contractor relationship between an Actor and a production or other third party.

LiveNFrame’s operation of the technology platform does not itself make Jigiya Tech the Actor’s employer.

Casting Professionals and productions remain responsible for privacy and employment-law obligations applicable to their independent hiring processes.

128. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

If Jigiya Tech suspends or terminates an account for violation of the Terms, we may retain information reasonably necessary to:

document the violation;

prevent fraudulent re-registration;

respond to disputes;

comply with law;

protect Users; or

defend legal claims.

Termination does not automatically require destruction of all information where a legitimate and lawful retention basis remains.

129. POLICY CHANGES

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:

changes to LiveNFrame;

new products or features;

changes to technology providers;

changes to data practices;

legal developments;

regulatory developments;

security requirements; or

organizational changes.

The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the date of the most recent revision.

130. MATERIAL CHANGES

If a change materially alters how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Notice may be provided through:

email;

in-app notification;

website notice;

account notice; or

another legally permissible method.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent for a new practice, continued use alone will not substitute for consent where such substitution is legally insufficient.

131. PRIOR VERSIONS

We may retain prior versions of this Privacy Policy for legal, compliance, or historical purposes.

The version effective when a particular processing activity occurred may remain relevant to that activity.

132. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS OF SERVICE

This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices.

The LiveNFrame Terms of Service govern contractual use of the Service.

If a provision of the Terms and this Privacy Policy appear to conflict regarding how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or retained, this Privacy Policy will ordinarily control our general privacy disclosure unless:

a legally binding supplemental privacy notice applies;

a valid institutional agreement controls particular processing; or

applicable law requires otherwise.

Users are required to review and accept this Privacy Policy through an in-app acceptance flow before accessing the Service. Acceptance is recorded with a typed signature and timestamp. When this Privacy Policy is materially updated, users will be required to review and re-accept the updated version.

133. INSTITUTIONAL AND ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS

LiveNFrame may enter contracts with:

acting schools;

conservatories;

universities;

theaters;

talent organizations;

casting offices;

production companies;

agencies;

coaches; or

other organizations.

Those agreements may contain additional provisions regarding:

account administration;

data ownership;

security;

retention;

confidentiality;

data processing;

student or employee information;

support;

institutional reporting; and

termination.

Where an institutional agreement governs a particular organization’s data, that agreement may supplement this Policy.

134. PRIVACY QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

We encourage Users to contact us with privacy questions or concerns.

We may request enough information to identify:

the relevant account;

the nature of the complaint;

the feature involved; and

the action requested.

We will review qualifying privacy complaints and respond as appropriate.

135. CONTACT US

136. SUMMARY OF CURRENT CORE PRIVACY PRACTICES

For ease of reference, the current LiveNFrame platform is designed around the following core principles:

Actors control whether they intentionally submit an audition to a Casting Professional.

Casting Professionals are not intended to have general access to Actors’ unrelated private rehearsals.

Associates receive access only to authorized casting projects.

LiveNFrame uses role-based permissions to separate User functions.

Audio may be transmitted to Deepgram for transcription.

Relevant transcript or script text may be processed through Anthropic’s Claude API for supported AI functionality.

Text may be transmitted to ElevenLabs to synthesize an AI scene-partner voice.

Anthropic is not intended, under the presently described architecture, to receive raw Actor video merely for ordinary transcript-based performance scoring.

ElevenLabs is not intended to receive User audition recordings merely to synthesize the scene partner’s voice.

Deepgram’s Model Improvement Program is presently configured as opted out for LiveNFrame’s described use.

Firebase / Google Cloud presently provides core storage and database infrastructure.

Stripe processes qualifying web payments, while Apple and Google may process purchases made through their respective platforms.

LiveNFrame does not presently sell personal information.

LiveNFrame does not presently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

LiveNFrame does not presently use advertising trackers or participate in cross-app behavioral advertising tracking through the current application.

AI performance scores are advisory and do not make final casting decisions.

Actors may have privacy rights depending upon their residence and applicable law.

Account deletion begins a deletion process but does not necessarily erase every copy immediately where lawful retention, backup, active casting, payment, security, or legal considerations apply.

137. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By accessing or using LiveNFrame, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to this Privacy Policy and have had the opportunity to review how LiveNFrame handles personal information.

Where consent is the legally required basis for a particular processing activity, LiveNFrame may obtain separate consent through an appropriate interface.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to require a User to waive privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
